It's my beloved Pyeo you guys!! The pokemon I most love. Eevee. :3 And Pyeo will never evolve. Just be the wonderful Eevee he is now.
Isn't he just the cutest? And he looks like a sticker with that black outline like that. xD; I thought it would be cute to try and do that. And I was right. :3
Most Eevee eyes are black or really really dark brown. But I decided to actually make Pyeo's blue. Just super dark. xD;
